Phase 1: Set up a SalesRobot campaign
What You Do:
- Go to SalesRobot
- Build your prospect lists however you prefer
- Set up your initial campaign with the sequence
Phase 2: Set up an AI reply prompt
- Now you need to setup an AI reply prompt.

- For that, go to Settings>Admin Settings

- Go to AI Config and setup your company profile first. Then go to Response SOP.

- Click on ‘Generate SOP’ and fill this out. Take your time with it and then review your prompt, then finally click on ‘Generate SOP.’

- It’ll take a while to generate the SOP, and then you can click on ‘Edit’ to review and edit it, make sure to add your calendar link in there.
- Next you need to go to ‘AI reply prompt’, select your SOP, name it, and in the prompt content, write:
Based on the SOP above, generate a reply for me {{RESPONSE_SOP}}
- And that’s it, click on Save and go back to Campaigns>AI Reply Prompt, and select the prompt you just named.
