Push your sequences through LinkedIn at scale, then let the AI Inbox Manager handle every reply, objection, and scheduling conversation for you.
Now that you have your research (Part 1) and your sequences (Part 2), it's time to push them out. SalesRobot handles the distribution — sending connection requests and follow-up messages on LinkedIn.
Go to salesrobot.co and sign up. Connect your LinkedIn account. SalesRobot works through a dedicated browser session, keeping your LinkedIn account safe.
You can import prospects from LinkedIn Sales Navigator, a CSV upload, or build lists directly inside SalesRobot. Use the ICP segment your Buyer Model was built for — don't mix segments in the same campaign.
Create a new campaign and paste the DM sequences you generated in Part 2. SalesRobot supports multi-step sequences with configurable delays between messages. You can also use AI variables for additional personalization and add voice/video messages.

Start conservative: 20-30 connection requests per day. SalesRobot has built-in safety limits, but ramping slowly protects your account. Set messages to send during your prospect's business hours.
Review everything once more, then start the campaign. SalesRobot will begin sending connection requests and queueing follow-up messages based on your sequence timing.

PRO TIP: Run one campaign per ICP segment. Mixing segments dilutes your messaging and makes it impossible to know what's working. Keep it clean.

This is where SalesRobot goes from a sending tool to a full appointment-setting system. The AI Inbox Manager takes over your LinkedIn inbox and handles every reply — positive, negative, objections, scheduling — without you touching anything.
Here's the exact setup process:
Step 1: Go to Settings > Admin Settings
Inside your SalesRobot dashboard, navigate to the Admin Settings section.
