Now,

Getting back to why you were here, this is a complete system for turning every competitor post into a sorted lead list, a content brief, and a weekly pipeline. You fill in a few blanks and approve three things. An AI agent does the rest.

Your competitors spend hours building an audience, then ignore almost everyone who engages with it. Every comment on their best posts is a person who raised their hand on your exact topic, is active on LinkedIn, and will probably never hear from your competitor again. This system reads those comment sections for you, pulls the qualified people out, and tells you exactly how to position against the competitor while you're at it.

Everything runs through a workbook (the control center) and a set of prompts (the engine). You do three small things. The agent does everything else and writes it all back into the workbook, sorted and ready.

Who this is for?

Agency founders, growth leads, and anyone running outbound who's tired of cold lists that go nowhere. If you do lead gen on LinkedIn and you've ever scrolled past a competitor's post with 200 comments and thought "those are all my buyers," this is built for you. No technical background needed.

What you'll have when you're done

→ A ranked list of the competitors your buyers actually follow → Their highest-engagement posts, sorted by comment count → A content brief built from what's working in your space, plus the topics nobody covers → A sorted list of warm, ICP-qualified leads with name, title, company, and the post they commented on → Your positioning against all of them, with hooks you can post this week → A 30-minute weekly routine that keeps the whole thing current

How the system works

Two pieces work together:

The workbook is your control center. Eight tabs, one per stage. You only ever type in the yellow cells and tick three orange approval columns. Everything else fills itself.

The prompts are the engine. You paste them into an AI agent that can browse LinkedIn for you (Manus, or Claude in Chrome). The agent reads your inputs, does the research and extraction, and writes the results into the matching tab, already sorted.

The flow has three approval gates. Think of yourself as the editor, not the operator:

  1. The agent finds competitors. You approve which ones to study.
  2. The agent pulls their best posts. You approve which comment sections to mine.
